Jawansa Hall

ART/Creative director

Jawansa Hall is a creative director and graphic designer from Lynchburg, Virginia. Holding a BFA in Fine Art & Graphic Design, Jawansa brings over 16 years of creative experience in design, branding, and marketing to every project.

His innovative but practical application for building brands and brand identities has gained him awards for Best Marketing Agency, Best Graphic Designer, as well as Lynchburg’s Millennial on the Move, now known as Lynchburg Business Magazine’sTop 20 Under 40. He has served as a sounding board for Central Virginia’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Committee and also a repeat presenter of Create Virginia. Jawansa’s guidance has helped both non-profits and small businesses master their brand and how to share their story with world.

The Brooklyn Born film composer, record producer , sound designer and musician. Phinestro made a name for himself through producing world wide for artist Jamiroquai and Contemporary inspiration music of UK survivor band, which gained him massive attention online

He is known for his works with E! network television series “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”, Aeroprostale, youtube fashionista star Bethany Mota and working with Dance crews such as latin fusion group led by Ashle Dawson,

He has a universal sound and style that gravitates his audience by his ability to take any sample from anything to creating music masterpiece in the making.

Chaconias Stewart

“Chac” is a skilled cinematographer who has worked in film and video production for the past 10 years. As the tools, technology and techniques in this field have evolved and moved into the digital space, his experience, training and education have allowed him to build out exciting new products and services previously available only at a premium. A native of Lynchburg, Virginia, he holds a B.A. in Communications with a focus in Film and Television Production from, Oakwood University. He enjoys working with creative directors and collaborative teams to bring their visions to life. He has a passion for capturing, recreating and editing his works in a manner that makes each project speak and each viewer listen.

Angelina Randolph

Angelina Dawn is a creative advocate who stretches her talents through spoken word, acting, and published bodies of work. As Blackwater’s Client/Project Manager, Angelina assists with the planning, executing, and overseeing of a project’s lifecycle. Her time management and attention to detail play a central role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified objectives. 

Beyond the calendars and Post-It notes, Angelina is also active in the planning and execution of numerous live events in our studio space. Her goal is geared towards inclusivity and the promotion of healing through creating and experiencing art of all kinds.
